I did a test a the result was no sperm in testicules i need to know why ? And i need a solution for that

You mean you did a sperm analysis (spermogramme)? If you did this test one time only and you don't have spermatozoides in your sperm count you must repeat it if it's the same result you must do a blood exam (FSH) if this test is normal we must check for excretory problem(obstruction of ejaculatory duct) if it's elevated (theFSH) we must check for problem in the secretions and formation of spermatozoiides in your testis and a biopsy of the testis must be done
You must ask specialist to check the etiology
