Is turkey like other poultry injected with growth hormones??is turkey healthy and good to be eaten daily for a 16 YO female??

Well you cannot tell for sure if it's injected with hormones, unless you run lab tests on it. I understand your concern regarding mass production. Still turkey is a healthy and good choice since it's relatively low in fat and is not so bad source of protein (chicken and red meat have a higher content of protein).
