You need to discuss the treatment options with your treating physician, which are based upon the physical exam, breast imaging results, and the nature of this fluid. If it's due to an infection then you will antibiotic treatment. If it's milk then further investigation is needed. Other possibilities may also be valid. So again refer to your doctor.
