How do I know if the FSH is too high 15.39 and LH is 12.27? There is no hope of becoming pregnant and no new treatment for this case.

If day 3 FSH > 14 miU/mL then the ovarian reserve is diminished and the probability of getting pregnant is low. However, first are you sure you have done it on day 3 because if you have done it in mid cycle your FSH will be high. Second, I would advise you to repeat it on day 3 of your next cycle (FSH and estradiol) to make sure it wasn't a wrong value.
