Is it possible for a woman to be pregnant and have the appendicitis at the same time? If yes, what is the possible treatment?

Yes it can happen and usually she has to do laparoscopic appendectomy even if she is pregnant. Appendicitis is an emergency condition so if you have a slight suspicion that you have it, you better go to ER
