After 1 week of septo-rhinoplasty, we remove the cast but the bone is still fragile, so you ll need to watch out for another 6 weeks (don't get hit on the nose, and no sunglasses), and the healing process is still on with inflammation, so no sun exposure also for 6 weeks
As for the inner part, it is recommended not to blow the nose with high pressure.
