You probably have acne. The solution is not in nettoyage since it is not a healing procedure, it may make them better for a short duration of time or can even worsen them in a lot of cases. You should get your acne examined and based on its aspect, several treatments can be suggested whether local solutions, soaps and/or some tablets.
