I just had an endometriosis laparoscopy. The doctor said everything inside of me if clean subject to a treatment for 6 months that stops me from having my period. How does it affect fertility?

no it won't affect your fertility, as you will only put your ovaries on rest for 6mth,
you will probably receive decapeptyl 3mg shots, so your period can disappear during the time of treatment.
