I have pain in the bottom of my billy at the both lateral side i think it is the inguinal area what is the reason & does the varicocele is the only reason or there is another reason ? what is the cure

The most frequent cause of pain in your case is neuro-muscular.
But it would be good to see a doctor to examine you, give you a course of appropriate antalgics and follow your improvement.
