Thanks but it's not the area in the pic it's between the coxae and the urinary bluder at the inguinal canal like i said so the same answer not varicocele ? p.s i have varicocele

As I said before, varicocele does not cause ANY pain.
The most frequent cause of this pain at your age is neuromuscular due to muscle strain for example, such as long time driving or standing.
I encourage you to see a doctor to help you healing your pain.
