I have a growth near the opening of my anus for 2-3 weeks. ive done my research and it is most likely a perianal hematoma; what now? Do i have to consult with a physician? or will it heel with time?

It might be hemorroids (widening of the anal veins), or an anal fistula (an acquired pathway from the rectum to the region near the anus).
In all cases, you should consult a general surgeon.
