I had a nose operation (deviation & "la7mieh") last Feb, & i still can't breath properly;my doc said the "poches" are swollen. I have been on Nasonex for a few months, is there a permanent treatment?

If you are still having breathing problems, maybe you are allergic and you need skin testing, or maybe you should be using the spray you mentioned only on seasonal basis.
Refer back to your doctor for best results, taking a second opinion never harmed anyone!!
