Is prolonged use of nasonex harmful? my nose is always stuffed, and if I don't use nasonex i have migraines in morning.

Prolonged use of Nasonex may favor the growth of mycosis (fungi in the nose). An examination of the nose is essential to see if there's a deviated septum or an hypertrophied turbinates as well as the aspect of the mucosa (if it's allergic or if there's a vasomotor rhinitis). Treatment will be applied accordingly.
