As soon as possible. You  need to have the opinion of a specialist in implantology and if there is no inconveniant you must place the implants as soon as possible.

a specialist opinion is a must and defenetly asap so that he can make a significant study of the residual bone and gum after the loss of your teeth, and define with you the steps to follow: mght need bone or gum graft depending on the gravity of the trauma and the loss that accured after it; anyway, you should do it asap so you can control loosing more tissue and complicate even more the treatment ,
