I am diagnosed with high-brain activity while sleeping and a case of reflux but I need a temporary solution for sleeping since my productivity is dwindling, ny cheap suggestions that won't be harmful?

Your productivity is reduced because of the lack of sleep or the lack of good sleep (so you might be going into bed but not getting the deep sleep that is necessary for your body to relax). In order to help you, we should check the cause of your lack of sleep.. If it is stress and a lot of work, you should take breaks or do sports or anything that relieves the negative energy you have (even 30 mn every day will help a lot). If it is due to reflux you should take a treatment.
