I am a 26 years old female and ive been gradually gaining weight for the last 7 years. I currently weight 120 kg and i'm 167cm tall. Can you please vote wether i should do a sleeve surgery?

your BMI (Body Mass Index) is 43. so your are classified as Morbid obese, In this case even in the absence of co morbidities factors such as diabetes or hypertension, or sleep apnea, it is an indication per se to do sleeve gastrectomy. I advice you to do sleeve gastrectomy if your glycemia is in the normal range.
the follow up of the sleeve gastrectomy is easier then the follow up for gastric by pass.
