Black circles around the eyes might have different origins. It could be a skin discoloration augmented by smoking habits, it could be early signs of aging due to sagging eye pockets and finally localised fat atrophy. The appropriate treatment depends on the origin of the black circles.
It ranges from surface treatment (soft peels, lasers) to filling of the area with hyaluronic acid that have to be renewed, or microfrat grafting targeting the deflated areas, to surgery releasing some attachments responsible of the black circle.
