What's the reason of white dotts under the eye? it's been there for around 3-4 months, should i be worried or is it just because of stress and being tired all the time?

It is not related to stress, getting tired can increase the darkness on lower eyelids. There are different skin problems that can cause whitish dots and can be specified upon examination. It can be a kind of small cysts for example..
