How healthy is enema?My partner & I tried anal the other day but it got a bit messy eventho I try my best to have healthy diet.Weuse condoms&lubricants as well. Is fleet enema gd?R they avlbl in leb?

Fleet enemas are available in lebanon. Their primary use though is for treatment of certain cases of constipation or for cleansing of the rectum before medical procedures. They can be used but not excessively since they can change the normal bacterial flora of the rectum.
