Hi Drs. I've used fillers for lip augmentation & to reduce the nose to mouth lines. But I'm a bit tired of repeating the procedure every 4 months. is there a more permanent solution?fat injections?

Hyaluronic acid, a resorbable filler, gives very nice results for volume restoration of the face, and lip contouring but it has to be renewed every 4 mth as you said.
Other synthetic permanent fillers are at high risk of complications with an unpredictable evolution in time.
