try changing your eating habits to inhance your metabolism and don't miss the breakfast meal you can devide your meals to maybe 6 meals but all are small and very low in calories you will for sure lose kilos and continue on your lifestyle healthy diet to mentain your desired weight
Don't assume you will lose kilos quickly ,make a wide plan goal ,like 9 months for example.
when you lose kilos quickly you will gain again them quickly but when you lose kilos gradually you'll be more stable for your weight loss
