During Ramadan, people usually tend to gain weight. What diet can we adopt during this month to avoid gaining weight and be productive during the day when fasting?

People gain weight because they overeat and stay idle. First, go on a healthy, well balanced diet, for both souhour and iftar, second and very important: eat slowly so that you would reach satiety before the stomach is overfull, drink a lot of fluids and excercise.
