Echo showed that my thyroid size is perfectly normal but y does it look enlarged on z right side n feels like its chopping me?Still w8ng 4 z blood tests but im terribly shocked wz z initial results

A physical examination of your neck and thyroid gland are needed before any judgment regarding the size can be made. Mind you, the thyroid gland is not the only structure in the location you have pointed out to; it could be an enlarged lymph node from an old infection. Your physician will read the details of the thyroid ultrasound report and should be able to provide you with more accurate answers.
