Not eating is not the proper way to diet. It can make you lose weight by destroying your muscles and not your fat. Of course the proper way is through a well balanced and healthy diet. If you have tried this before and it did not work, you may as well seek professional help to make sure there is no hormonal imbalance causing the extra weight.
