if you want not to be on stress which is better make your schedule to lose your weight around 13 month plan where you can lose weight 3 kg /month by diet and exercise so that you don't be depressed put a goal plan schedule and go on it
but as i said before if there is any medical condition that is the cause of obesity then cure the cause before diet
