In men, very rarely does chlamydia gonorrhea infection lead to infertility, but once it is discovered, treatment must be initiated to both sexual partners as soon as possible.

No. Not in all cases. It is the continuous inflammatory process that can affect fertility.
If otherwise the bacteria is no more present (spontaneous elimination), it won't affect fertility.
