There is good evidence that acupuncture does help alleviate allergic rhinitis symptoms (sneezing, nasal itching, runny nose...). It's a good idea to try it in parallel with medications (anti-histamines and nasal steroids).

I would prefer to take anti allergic precautions or try sublingual immunisation if not enough, will try acupuncture.
