The first impression is dysfunctional bleeding but everytime a female sexually active not on contraception who presents with irregular bleeding, 1st thing need to rule out pregnancy, the reason behind this is that sometimes bleeding occurs early in pregnancy... Just do urine pr test nd follow my instructions ... Regards
