I did my pregnancy test twice and its positive,but when i went to doctors the ultrasound shows that there's no conception..why was it?by the way im delayed for 8days.

even if you are 8d late, you could have been pregnant for 2w, so we will not see a pregnancy on ultrasound...
you should do in this case blood bHCG to see the level, as it can be also extrauterine pregnancy..
