Any advice about home insemination? Been inseminating for a year with no success. I use opks to track my ovulation and when it's positive, I inseminate the same day and the day after it.

Home insemination is very similar to intercourse, used when the couple can't engage in sexual intercourse. I prefer lab insemination, as the sperm is prepared.
If after 3 inseminations there is no pregnancy, you should try IVF or something else. You should have patent tubes for insemination to work.
