A 25 year old man diagnosed with hydrocele. What are its causes? treatment? and does it affect fertility? Is it somet an indicator of something serious?

Hydrocele is accumulation of fluid within the membrane surrounding the testicle. there are several causes like infection, trauma or injury, or sometimes tumor. treatment depends on cause. Usually hydrocele doesn't lead to infertility but sometimes the cause of it may. It is better to check with a doctor.
