1. Divide the whey protein dose into 3 daily doses of 20 g. each
2. Try to let her do low intensity resistance exercises 3 times a week for 3
months (even when sitting or lying down).
The protein associated with such exercises gives the best results in the elderly and may improve her muscle strength and mobility.
