Carrying heavy weights prevents a girl of getting pregnant in the future? when I carry something heavy I feel a back pain & get worried about not being able of holding the baby while pregnant later on

- No of course it will not prevent you from getting pregnant in the future.
But you do need to be careful with your back so you do not get chronic muscular pain or disc protrusion.

I have PCOS and my period is either regulated for a few months or shows up every couple of weeks! I don't want to take OCPs, is duphaston a better alternative in this case?

- As Dr Saab mentioned you have to have a few tests and an ultrasound to know what type of ovarian cyst it is ( simple cyst, endometrioma cyst, hemorrhagic cyst etc..)

- We recommend not to have an elevation in body temperature especially during the first three months of pregnancy (jacuzzi , sauna or high fever can be culprits).

I've been having mid cycle bleeding for 3 or 4 days since my curettage three months ago. My doctor gave me Duphaston for 10 days since the day of bleeding. Is it normal? Should I be concerned?

- Mid cycle bleeding occurs at the time of ovulation and you should not be concerned if you have been properly evaluated by your doctor.

Why would i have Hemorrhage during curettage? I lost 2 liters of blood and I keep having midcycle bleeding, it's been three months since the curettage.

- You need to see your doctor so that he can repeat your ultrasound and he might do some blood tests. Your cycles should have come back to the regular pattern by now.
