- It's depend on your weight and height, and your physical capacity. For that I don't have a definite response.

- Your blood pressure is very well controlled. You don't have to change your medication.

I am only 17 and i have noticed that i have high blood pressure average 145/75 what should i do ?

- You have to monitor your blood pressure meaning you have take your blood pressure more frequently. And I recommend to start a diet with low salt.

Hi,it has been a while and an feeling strange things in my heart when I lay down I feel fast heart beat and sometimes I feel it falls and when I fall asleep I wake up shivering I guess its skipping

- An electrocardiogram or a Holter ECG is needed to clear this issue. Most likely it is a skipping beat

- Its due to dehydration. You have to drink a lot of fluid and the symptoms will disappear .

- can be a relation. because deanxit is relaxing the patient and than the heart rate decrease, but there is no direct relation

Dad is 77 years old, heart surgery few years ago, nothing serious since + clean tests.Slight arthritis which affected his back a bit.His fingers are always numb and cant hold and feel with them, why?

- you have to ask him if the numbness is related to exertion. if yes a follow up with his cardiologist is a must
