My voice tone's been changing from time to time for a month. Sometimes it is intensive and other times it is softer. Why is that and how to control this instability?

- Changing in voice quality is commonly due to voice abuse, teaching , lecturing, singing and other professional jobs commonly have this compliant.

- Maybe there is a hormonal problem which makes the voice soft. You should see a doctor.
