My voice tone's been changing from time to time for a month. Sometimes it is intensive and other times it is softer. Why is that and how to control this instability?

Changing in voice quality is commonly due to voice abuse, teaching , lecturing, singing and other professional jobs commonly have this compliant.

If your work fits this you need to do speech therapy, if not you need to undergo endoscopic exam for your voice box and sinuses, postnasal drip and GERD are common causes of voice changes.
