- You should worry if it is increasing in size, the color is not homogenous, borders are not well demarcated, etc. In any case, if you are worried check it.

I am 23 years old, and today i noticed that a brown mole became bigger in about 1mm, so now the mole became about 3 mm. it didn't change color but the new area is a bit darker. is this dangerous?

- Moles containing hairs are not usually worrisome. Nerverthless, the presence of hair does not rule out an eventual malignant mole (like certain melanomas at their early stages).
