Muscles pain in the right neck and upper shoulder from the back. Mild during the day and becomes painfully at night .

Is there any numbness in arms?
did you change your pillow recently?
Cervical MRI is required to rule out many possibilities..

My brother has torn his shoulder last year, and the doctor said that everything was fine after the treatments. Now he's in pain since 5 days because of his shoulder. PS: he didn't lift anything heavy
