- You need to prevent exposure, stay indoor and if needed to go out, put a mask and start a treatment with your doctor for your shortness of breath so that it is not worsened by the sand storm.

I did an adenoids, sinus and deviation surgery almost a year ago, but I still wake up with a stuffy nose and get nosebleeds often and can't breathe easily, could it be that the surgery didn't go well?

- YES . It can be exercise induced asthma or attacks of asthma and inbetween normal lung.

- you need to seek for the surgeons opinion or the pulmonologist opinion. Could be a narrowing of the trachea by edema, or a problem with the recurrent nerve.
