I went to a MD who does CBT and studied mental health( work in a mental health center) he prescribed me treatment with medication for my social anxiety only without talking about myself. is it normal?

- There is no ONE best medication. It all depends on the kind of anxiety symptoms you are having, if you are taking other medications and your family history.
