I always feel pain in my chest and the sensation of something going up my throat when I'm really sad. but the pain chest hurts. what could be the reason? Thanks

- these symptoms looks like reflux also we haveto do an ekg to rule out cardiac problem also it may be anxiety

- These symptoms are not related in anyway to a lung problem. It is advisable to consult a cardiologist.

Its like normal shivering but in any circumstance not only when im cold id shiver especially my legs and my chest even when im not cold and sometimes i look up and id see the room shaking

- It seems like you are in severe stress as far as your shivering. Concerning the room shaking, you should consult an ENT to rule-out any ear problem.

- Chest pain could be of different causes, some being very serious. Thus this person needs to be seen by a doctor.

While i was doing a chest X-ray, i discovered a rib fracture with a hemothorax. Is it self limited or does it need any treatment?

- It is better to check your doctor since you are bleeding from your lungs and the fracture is impinging on your lungs and causing the bleeding so i advise you to check your doctors
