Ystday night i startd a fever 38.6 with pain in d throat bt wtht runny nose. With advil cold&sinus d fever is going down&up.should i take antibiotic?

It looks like a viral episode (upper respiratory infection) that usually does not need antibiotics. You can use over the counter medications like the one that you are taking now. If you are getting worse, or symptoms last more than one week, contact your doctor to see if antibiotics needed (better be checked then - antibiotics should not be prescribed on the phone)
