Every 2months, I get pain in my throat & sinuses. My fever ~38, 3days ago for 2days. With Panadol & 2 days of Maxinase;my throat's pain is better,yet I'm starting a cold. Should I take an antibiotic?

If your symptoms (especially fever) don't improve in 2 days (5 days total since beginnig of symptoms), then you may require antibiotic treatment. Sometimes, antibiotics are needed sooner than that if symptoms worsen. Remember though, antibiotics are prescription meds and should be not be taken erratically.
