To date there hasn't been in reports in the medical literature of such incident. The probe of the device is usually covered with a protective hand glove and cleaned regularly after each use. The vaginal secretions rarely, if ever, get in direct contact with the probe and in case they do the probe is disinfected immediately. You should not worry about this issue.
