Where can I get a proper diagnosis if have depression and disorders? I tried to do this in the past only to find myself getting multiple sessions without getting diagnosed.

A psychiatrist will spend time with you examining you and should be able to provide you a diagnosis at the end of the session. Very rarely it may take more than one session to reach a diagnosis but depression should be diagnosed easily in only one session. Good luck!

I think if you visit any psychiatrist he will inform you about your psychiatric diagnosis and this is your right to know everything relating to your illness. I think you have committed a mistake when you agreed to take sessions without knowing what is going on and what for?
