When is an HIV test conclusive search the internet 3 months but doctors say 1 month I did a 1 month test negative should i be relieved?

After having a sexually transmitted disease (STD), a baseline HIV test must be done to be sure that you do not previously have HIV.
Another test must be done after 3 months to be sure that you did not had HIV transmission from this sexual intercourse.
It is very important to always use condoms during any type of sex to prevent transmitting and receiving STDs.
