When I pop a pimple, blood comes out with some white substance. Does it cause any inflammations and will it leave scars? What is the best medication to reduce acne? I take granudoxy.

Granudoxy (doxycycline) is a good treatment option for common acne vulgaris; any treatment modification/specifications are observed based upon evaluation by a dermatologist, as there are many types of acne, and the optimal treatment requires direct assessment by a specialist.
Here are ways to enhance and speed up response to treatment:
Wash affected areas twice daily with a mild cleanser and water or an antiseptic wash.
Acne products should be applied only to dry clean skin before bedtime in a thin layer to all areas affected by acne, not just to individual spots.
An oil-free moisturizer is advised only if the affected skin is obviously peeling.
Use oil-free sunscreen.
Improvement is slow to become apparent – as is the case with most skin disorders
