As Dr Irani said, the question is not very clear. what I understood is that your baby has a history of esophagial atresia and you are asking about the medication for flu when she has an infection. If she has only runny nose you can give symptomatic treatment (if no fever nor respiratory symptoms) but in her case we highly advise to check with her physician to assess her respiration and her status in order to give the adequate treatment depending on the infection.
