I need many pages to answers your question cause it involves lot of details. But i can tell you that stem cell is new trend and many of the treatments are still under reaserch.

There is a lot of research undergoing to isolate true adult stem cells called mesenchymal stem cells (and not only precursors), that have the potential of renewal and regenration. This research is very promising and will probably shape the future of regenerative medicine. There are some study that show clinical aesthetic improvements in skin texture, scars, acne marks. To date, there is no FDA approval for the extraction and reinjection of adult stem cells.
