If all these are normal, then you should take a multivitamin containing zink (good for hair and nails), also containing calcium, vitamin D, B12, folate. Centrum silver multivitamin is usually good. Make sure they do not give you the similar name medication which is a completely different medication. Only check with the pharmacist that this is the multivitamin.

I agree if you keep healthy: no anema, no vitamin deficiencies or thyroid disease, no stress.. your hair and nail will be goo. Zinc is said to improve the quality of the hair and nails. It is also important to avoid the use of hard substances on the hair that may weaken the root of the hair or nail
